Catalog description
In this course students work with a preceptor in a clinical setting, implementing leadership and management strategies under supervision. Building upon knowledge, skills, and attitudes developed in previous courses, students hone their clinical judgment in a variety of nursing situations and begin to implement the manager role under the supervision of a preceptor.
