Catalog description

This course introduces engineering design method and ethics. Students work in teams to apply design principles - problem definition, constraints, concept generation, selection, prototyping, and documentation - through multiple design projects. Engineering ethics are explored through case studies of real-world professional challenges. The $50.00 course fee is for prototyping materials in Makers Labs.
