Written on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi was the maxim "know thyself." Through examination of ancient myth, literature, art, philosophy, and history, students will study and apply principles from the great cultures of the ancient and medieval worlds to their own life circumstances. Within the heroic journey construct, from the Call to Adventure through the Mastering of Two Worlds, emphasis will be placed on helping the individual to know oneself in relation to their personal past and future potential.
