Brigham Young University-Idaho · UGRD · Fall 2026
Catalog description
This course is designed to foster a profound understanding of how physical laws intricately shape human motion in our daily lives. Throughout this exploration, we will delve into key topics, including qualitative biomechanics, linear and angular kinematics, linear and angular kinetics, and injury and tissue mechanics. These principles will be actively applied to general activities such as walking, running, and jumping, and real-world scenarios, encompassing exercise techniques, physical training, injury prevention, and physical rehabilitation.
