Welcome to HRHP369 - Applied Kinesiology and Assessment, an interactive course designed to provide students who are interested in PT, OT, chiropractic, AT, or PA with a profound understanding and application of advanced kinesiological principles and orthopedic musculoskeletal assessment techniques. As we delve into the intricacies of this field, here's an overview of what you can expect: This course focuses on advancing your knowledge and skills in kinesiology, emphasizing the application of hands on orthopedic musculoskeletal assessment techniques and developing a caring clinical presence consistent with that of a disciple of Jesus Christ. Through a comprehensive exploration of manual muscle testing, joint special tests, and assessments related to sensation, reflexes, balance, coordination, posture, and gait, you'll gain the tools to progress musculoskeletal rehabilitation safely and effectively.
