Catalog description
This course is designed to be the capstone for the student's floral design education. In this course, the student will explore contemporary floral design. This course is also designed to assist the student in recognizing how design styles and culture nurture human society, and how it influences the way we use floral materials. We will explore floral design competitions, certifications, and industry partners. This course will push students to expand their knowledge about floral design styles, skills, and creativity. It will help the student identify what kind of floral designer they have become.
