Intro to Landscape Architecture

Catalog description

This is an exploratory course for all majors who may be interested in landscape architecture and design as a career. A prerequisite course for higher-level landscape design and construction courses. The course introduces and applies the fundamentals of landscape design as it pertains to private residential scaled projects. The history, theory, graphics, and design process of landscape architecture are covered. Students will learn the elements and principles of design, spatial composition, and graphic representation relevant to landscape architecture and design.
