Catalog description
This course teaches students how to effectively develop a strategy and guide an organization through the steps of a strategic planning process. Additionally, students will learn how to create a solid cultural foundation upon which to build a strategy, including increasing their own level of emotional intelligence and understanding of how to create high-performing teams.
