This course is designed to introduce students to the specific issues and body of knowledge pertaining to healthcare quality and safety, volume growth, marketing, and exceptional financial performance. Emphasis is placed on improving processes and systems that will enhance the quality of patient care in healthcare provider organizations. Students will also collaborate on several cases studies and display presentation skills throughout the course.
