Catalog description

This practicum lab course comprehensively prepares English Education majors for the secondary English language arts classroom where they are charged with the responsibility to teach ALL English Language Arts skills: reading, writing, listening, speaking, viewing, and language study. In this senior level practicum course, students learn how to adopt principles of effective planning and preparation, management of the learning environment, instruction, and assessment.
