Catalog description
This course teaches students current investment practices, in combination with advanced economic theory. Methods for evaluating investment choices are compared and contrasted. Students will build investment models based upon current market conditions. Efficient diversification techniques, the use of the Capital Asset Pricing Model, and the evaluation of portfolio performance will give students the advanced understanding they need for careers in the financial services sector.
