RF Circuits

Catalog description

This course is an introduction to RF circuits. Students will learn the basics of key RF components including high frequency transistors, filters, mixers, oscillators, and phase locked loops. Students will also be introduced to laboratory test equipment, network analysis, and the fundamentals of transmission lines. Finally the students will understand basic high frequency test equipment. Laboratory experiments are included in this course.
