Catalog description
This course is an introduction to the elements and basic concepts of power systems and electric machinery. The course includes a survey of the methods and tools used to study the generation and delivery of electric power. The course introduces the concepts of electric generation and the flow of power. Lab activities provide a hands-on learning experience related to the topics covered in the course.
