Collegiate Dancers

Catalog description

This course promotes recreational dancing, teaching, and performance. This outreach group will consist of 40 dancers dedicated to sharing several styles of dance. Representing BYU-Idaho, the group will perform for community schools and local organizations in addition to campus events. The department hopes students will receive a quality experience that will allow them to share dance in their communities as well as prepare for other performing opportunities. These students will be invited to strengthen their testimonies of the restored gospel in addition to developing their skill, performance, teaching, and team work abilities.
