Catalog description

This course is built as an introduction to modern dance history and technique. Students will be exposed to the art of dance, and articulate an understanding of the elements of dance (time, space, and energy). Students will demonstrate creative problem solving and interpersonal skills through collaborative improvisation and composition experiences.
