Catalog description
This course introduces machine learning and how to use it to discover patterns in data and make predictions. Students will become conversant in the overall process and terms of machine learning, including how to communicate with non-technical stakeholders. They will be introduced to a broad set of machine learning algorithms and learn both the details of how they work as well as how to appropriately apply them.
