Catalog description
This course teaches students the theory needed to gain a hands-on experience to resolve conflicts while using principled negotiation in a variety of personal and professional contexts. Topics in this course include conflict resolution strategies, negotiation, third-party intervention, and relevant strategies for effective leadership in the workplace, in interpersonal relationships, and with families.
