Catalog description
Internship credits are exempt from tuition charges. However, an administrative fee equal to one credit hour at the current rate of tuition will be charged for an internship course. The fee is in addition to any tuition charges for other classes. Fees are charged independently of tuition and are not subject to the 12-credit tuition cap. This course is designed to award university credit for occupational training-based internships in any biomedical or ecological field. This course is meant for students engaged in the operational duties of a facility. Students wishing to engage in research-based internship training are encouraged to enroll in the department's research internship (BIO 498R).
