Catalog description

Principles of Biochemistry is a one-semester course in Biochemistry with topics in enzymology, bioenergetics, chemical and physical structure of carbohydrates, lipids, and amino acids, and their metabolism in the body. The course is intended for students majoring in biology and biomedical sciences, and those preparing for graduate work in the biological and medical sciences.
