Catalog description

This course provides an overview of human anatomy and physiology. It is a one-semester course that covers the primary structures and functions of all organ systems of the human body. It is designed for students who would like to gain a greater understanding and appreciation for the human body. It is required for students majoring in social work, health psychology, public health, health care administration, therapeutic recreation, and biology education. The course does not fulfill graduation requirements for nursing, health science, or biology majors.
