Color for Illustrators

Catalog description
Students will learn more about color theory through lecture, presentations and assignments. Students will also have the chance to apply what they learn about color in class exercises, demonstrations and out of class assignments. Students will explore palettes, color schemes, mood, and hue relationships. Temperature of colors will also be studied. Students will learn vocabulary, terms and explanations concerning color. Drawing, values, and composition will play an important role through out the class. Time management will be a vital skill for students to be able to complete all that is required, workload is heavy.
