Intro to Plant Science

Catalog description

This introductory course explores the world of plant science. It covers the relationship between plants and people, plant morphology and physiology, plant production, and how environmental factors affect plant growth. Field and greenhouse-scale production practices will be discussed in this class. There is a 1-credit lab associated with the lecture that may be taken concurrently or during another semester.
