This course helps students navigate their way in professional development, from exploring internship and job opportunities to securing their first internship and career placements This class aims to prepare students to learn ways to approach the job market, from writing a resume for the position to landing the position applied for. The focus is to provide students with necessary self-assessment tools, career advice, mock interview sessions, presentation skills, professional writing guidance, etc. Students will gain experience on how to present themselves to potential employers during their search. Students will gain confidence and knowledge to enter the job market and take their in-class knowledge to the working world.
