This course covers nutrigenomics, epigenetics, and advanced biochemical assessment to provide a more complete understanding of an individual's unique biochemistry. In this course, students will apply their knowledge of biochemical pathways to evaluate and assess imbalances in energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, hormonal status, stress response, and mood modulation.
