Catalog description

This course highlights leadership styles (e.g., Servant, Authentic, Transformational), and explains the ways these theories can be applied to improve integrated health care delivery. The course also explores the theories related to creating policies and procedures that maximize healthcare resources to reduce costs and increase value, organizing healthcare providers, staff, and other healthcare stakeholders to function efficiently and effectively, as well as many back-office functions, such as billing and coding systems used with the U.S. healthcare system.
