Exploring Human and AI Integration in the Contemporary Workplace

Catalog description

This course examines how leadership, communication, and organizational behavior are evolving in response to artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and changing expectations of work. Emphasis is placed on how leaders design work, shape culture, and guide teams in environments where humans and intelligent technologies collaborate. Students engage with theory, applied cases, and reflective practice to build leadership judgment for contemporary technology-enabled workplaces. Credit may not be earned for both MGMT 528 and TCMG 528.
