Intermediate Korean II

Catalog description

This course builds on the foundations laid in Korean 103. Skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing are further developed. Cultural readings and videos are included in each lesson giving students additional opportunities to utilize target vocabulary and grammar in a classroom conversation. By the end of this course the students are expected to reach an intermediate level of Korean language proficiency and should be able to understand/identify a range of vocabulary items and topics; engage in a conversation in a target language on a range of topics; express opinions/feelings about a range of topics; read and comprehend medium length texts; write medium complexity sentences.
