Catalog description

Students study architectural systems, details, and building codes. Construction methods and materials of foundations, walls, partitions, floors, ceilings, and roofs are covered, as well as doors, windows, stairs, and fireplaces. Continued study of building components and energy systems. Plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, acoustics and solar energy will be examined. Students will be able to represent knowledge of systems and syb-structure details.
