EDLD 808 Section A: This seminar focuses on program evaluation techniques including multiple means of assessment that will be discussed and considered. Concepts such as reliability, validity, credibility, and authenticity will be explored as well as summative and formative data collection and analysis strategies. The program evaluation approach will be applied to authentic experiences and scenarios that focus on assessing and evaluating institutions, programs, teaching, and learning. EDLD 808 Section B: This seminar focuses on the purposes, issues, and controversies surrounding human relations with emphasis on organization development and change theories.
