This course will focus upon contemporary society and changing policy issues that confront managers and leaders of educational thought throughout the 21t Century. Seminal issues such as the impact of political forces upon federal, state, and local educational policies will be considered. Labor relations will be analyzed. Empowerment of teachers will be examined.
