The focus of this course is the skills necessary to work in a psychotherapeutic venue including treatment planning, report writing and diagnosis. The course covers description and diagnosis of the mental disorders as prescribed by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual. Prerequisites include Counseling 505, 508, 565, 570. 3 semester hours
