This provides an in-depth exploration of the principles, practices, and challenges of managing correctional institutions. It examines the role of correctional administrators in maintaining security, managing staff, and implementing rehabilitative and self-improvement programs within the correctional facility. Students will analyze contemporary issues in correctional management.
