Anatomy and physiology combined to yield a fundamental knowledge of the human body. Structure and function taught concurrently to engender appreciation of interlocking relationships. The topics include basic chemistry, the cell, and tissue levels of organization, and the following organ systems; integument, bone, muscle, and nervous systems.
