Catalog description
The Psychology of Leadership explores the cognitive, affective, and social processes are involved in effective leadership. Students will master core leadership theories while improving their understanding of how personality, perception, and culture affect leadership styles. Through discussion, activities and applications to common phenomena, the course emphasizes both the science of leadership and its real-world applications, preparing students to critically evaluate and develop their own leadership practices.
