This course builds upon foundational knowledge by integrating advanced concepts of pathophysiological processes, pharmacology, and health assessment, emphasizing their application to clinical reasoning and decision-making in advanced nursing practice across diverse populations. Students will focus on how this integrated knowledge informs practice in clinical settings, guiding nursing teams in delivering high-quality, equitable, patient-centered care that leads to improved patient outcomes. Through the application of these concepts to clinical case studies, students will develop the skills to lead initiatives that enhance patient care, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote evidence-based practice.
