Nursing Leadership Practicum I

This practicum provides students the opportunity to apply nursing leadership principles in a selected healthcare setting. Under the guidance of experienced nurse leaders, students will engage in leadership and management activities such as decision-making, advanced communication, strategic planning, and conflict resolution. They will also contribute to organizational initiatives, including quality improvement and operational efficiency while gaining practical experience in addressing organizational challenges, fostering team collaboration, and supporting operational goals. This experience deepens students' understanding of the complexities of healthcare leadership, preparing them for leadership roles.
