Exposes the students to several aspects of Business Analytics. Investigates data analytics fundamentals, data cleansing and transformation, and supervised/unsupervised data mining techniques for tasks like targeted mailing campaigns, customer segmentation, customer churn, fraud detection and market basket analysis.
