Senior Capstone II: A Problem Solving Field Study and Presentation

Catalog description

This seminar focuses on integrating theory and practical experience in an applied research project exploring solutions to an issue or problem within a resort and attraction management organization. Students will study ways to improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness of an organization and through primary and secondary research, make both written and oral recommendations to assist a sponsor organization in improving sales and/or cutting costs. Seminar offered at the Sandusky facility, via distance education, or study abroad.
