Catalog description
This course focuses on the management of resort and attraction facilities from day-to-day operations to large-scale maintenance and up-keep. Students will study minor and major building control systems, mechanical and electrical equipment, renovation planning, preventative maintenance, sustainable practices and how all of these factors impact operating costs and the profitability of the business. Course only offered at the Sandusky facility and via distance education. Approved for distance education.
