This course focuses on the role and importance of effective communication and decision making in the resort and attraction industry. Students will study, evaluate, and create professional-level communications, both written and oral, that support corporate-level strategy in the resort and attraction industry. Course only offered at the Sandusky facility and via distance education. Approved for distance education.
