Catalog description
This course focuses on merchandising strategies and gaming operations for resorts and attractions. Students will study retail and gaming service concepts ranging from buying strategies, costing methods, sales analysis, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer behavior in both retail stores and at arcade/carnival game locations. Course only offered at the Sandusky facility and via distance education. Approved for distance education.
