University Physics I for Systems Engineering

Catalog description

First term of an introductory physics sequence for science and engineering majors, using calculus. Topics include kinematics in one, two and three dimensions, Newtonian mechanics, gravitation, and thermodynamics. Four lecture hours and one two-hour laboratory. Prerequisite(s): Prior credit or concurrent enrollment in MATH 1310 is required. BS System Engineering majors only.
