Catalog description

This course is intended to provide future practitioners with added exposure and practice in the realm of anticoagulation therapy management. It will provide a review of the most up to date medications and guidelines, as well as up-to-date, real-life and mock-application scenarios for further development of patient management of these useful but dangerous medications with an emphasis on patient monitoring and education Prerequisite(s): PHAR 4660 , P4 Status required, must be senior level and admitted to the University of Findlay Pharmacy program to be enrolled.
