Advanced Health Assessment and Health Promotion

Catalog description

This course provides the student with a comprehensive approach to holistic assessment and health promotion. Identification of unique techniques to assess genetics, developmental stage, environmental considerations, cultural, spiritual, and emotional needs of diverse populations across the lifespan will be integrated. The student will have a practice experience through health assessment and communication of assessment data through written, verbal, and technological methods.
