This course examines the theoretical concepts and practices of ethical leadership within individuals, groups, organizations and communities. Students will connect these theoretical concepts to leadership and change from multiple disciplines and concepts. The course readings and assignments are intended to prepare you to understand the theoretical concepts of ethics and to be able to apply these concepts to real-life practice. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite(s): LEAD 1000 Corequisite(s): LEAD 1000
