The Foundations of Leadership course examines various leadership theories and frameworks. Through values exploration, students will learn the central elements to the individual components of leadership and how they relate to leading groups and teams. This course provides students the opportunity to learn skills and competencies necessary to provide effective leadership in organizations and society. Approved for distance education.
