Catalog description

This course introduces students to the use of analytics and technology to support people-related decision-making in organizations. Students will develop critical thinking skills to draw meaningful conclusions from data across a range of human resource contexts. Students will use software tools to create and interpret reports, apply basic statistical concepts to employee-related data, and examine emerging trends in HR analytics, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite(s): HR 3610
