This course introduces the core concepts underlying effective performance management systems and provides students with the knowledge needed to assess total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits. Students learn how employee performance is measured, evaluated, and managed within organizations, as well as how total rewards systems are designed to motivate employees and support strategic business objectives. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite(s): HR 3610
