This course examines how organizations attract, select, develop, and retain talent as a core source of competitive advantage. Students will learn evidence-based approaches to workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and employee development. Emphasis is placed on aligning talent acquisition and development practices with organizational strategy, legal, and ethical considerations. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite(s): HR 3610
