Catalog description
This course examines how organizations actively engage employees to foster motivation, connection, and sustained performance. Students will explore key drivers of engagement, including employee listening practices (such as surveys and focus groups), well-being, job attitudes, workplace relationships, and leadership. Emphasis is placed on assessing engagement challenges and applying evidence-based strategies to improve employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite(s): HR 3610 (concurrent registration in HR 3610 permitted)
